Reset the E-Stop switches by pulling them to the out position. Breaker trip Using the included electrical schematic, locate the breaker. Check the conveyor system for mechanical blockage, then reset the breaker. Breaker overload Using the included electrical schematic, locate the breaker overload. Press the reset button on the overload. If the overload continues to trip, call a qualified electrician to identify the source of the problem. No power to relay Using the included electrical schematic, locate the relay. When on, a red LED will illuminate on the relay. If the relay does not turn on, call a qualified electrician to identify the source of the problem. No power to contactor coil Call a qualified electrician to identify the source of the problem. 6.5 Printer will not Print Print controller program settings Locate print controller panel on the computer task bar. Reset print controller and print head settings. Match the settings to the default values noted in yellow on the screen. No ink in reservoir The pump is located in the printer cabinet and has a toggle ON/OFF switch on it. Turn off the printer pump. Turn off the pump to depressurize the ink container and allow the level to be visually checked. Replace the ink container and bleed the air out of the lines. Dirty print sensor Check for an amber light on the print sensor when a board is present Verify that during other operational situations, the light illuminates green If the light on the sensor is not changing properly, use Matthews cleaner on the sensor, cleaning any dried ink off of it. If the light does not illuminate green, it may be necessary to replace the sensor, call Alpine Equipment Customer Service for further assistance. Low or no air pressure to printer pump (gauge should read 11-14 psi.) Check the air pressure at the pressure gauge. It can be found in the printer cabinet near the printer pump and check the pressure. Adjust the regulator. Print controller program closed Use the mouse to display the task bar. On the task bar check to see if the print controller program is open. Use the desktop shortcut to open the print controller program.
