Light Curtain The operator must reset the safety alarm by turning the key and then touch the alarm reset icon. Reset Alarm Scan All E-Stop Key NOTE In case of emergency, an operator will press the E-Stop button. He or she must turn the E-Stop button clockwise to release it, and follow the 3.14.2.1(Prior to cutting lumber) to reset the Ranger. Another physical E-stop button is also available at the ALS 4.0 HMI Station. NOTE If the lumber is manually added/removed from bunks, the operator must follow 3.14.2.1 (prior to cutting lumber) and press "Scan All" to rescan the stations. 3.14.2 Reset the Ranger system (after E-Stop) NOTE Load lumber per Ranger instruction manual Section 5.4 3.14.2.1 Prior to cutting lumber When the trolley illuminates in red, the trolley is in the safety mode. After the operator presses the safety button inside the Ranger operating area, the operator has 5 seconds to walk outside the controlled area. Safety Button
