It will bring up the Job/Piece Select Screen 7 8 9 5 (top), 6 (bottom) 1 2 3 4 Figure 12 • Jobs available to cut are listed on the left side. Clicking or touching a job description will highlight it with the blue bar. • Detailed information about the job is displayed on the right side of the screen. Click or touch any piece to highlight it in yellow and display all its cutting and description details in the upper window. • The scroll bar on the right side of the screen, or the PREV and NEXT buttons below can be used to look through the entire job. Pieces in red have been completely cut. When a piece is in blue, it means that some of its quantity has been cut, but not all. • Highlight a blue piece to see the details; the upper window will show the total quantity and the number that have been cut. Information about the job is located in the lower left corner (Figure 12): 1. TOTAL SETUPS indicates the total number of unique pieces in the job. 2. TOTAL PIECES is TOTAL SETUPS times the quantity for each. 3. EST JOB TIME displays the amount of time required to complete the job 4. LONGEST PIECE indicates the length of the longest piece in the TRS file. 5. CURRENT STOCK LENGTH shows the size of stock currently chosen for running the job. This is very important information because it informs the computer what length stock is being used to cut the job. Clicking or touching the white box will bring up a screen that allows a choice of the proper stock length. F. TEXT VIEW – Allows the current TRS file to viewed/edited as a text file. G. E-MAIL FILE – Will setup the current TRS file as an email attachment for Alpine Equipment Support. This requires internet access at the saw. Also, the saw must have an assigned email address. H. STRIP UN-CUT – Any Un-cut pieces can be stripped from the selected TRS file and written to another specified REDIR PATH location in the General Options screen. I. PRINT UNCUT – Print a cut sheet, with cutting information, for all pieces which have not been cut in the selected TRS file. J. MOVE OR DELETE FILE – Moves or deletes the current TRS file. If move is selected, it will be copied in the folder designated in the AEPSaw.ini file, "[datalog]" section, on the "movecutfilepath=" line. K. REMOVEABLE STORAGE -> HD – Copies the contents of removeable media to location pointed in the AEPSaw.ini file, "[general] section, on the "copypath=" line. L. MULTIPLY JOB QUANTITY – This option multiplies the quantities of all pieces within the selected job. M. CHANGE PIECE QUANTITY – This option changes the quantity of a single piece that is selected. N. CAPTURE CURRENT PIECE – Selecting this button will capture the current piece for use as a Standard Piece or within another TRS file. O. View Task1.prg – This is a troubleshooting tool used by Alpine Equipment Support. ! CAUTION Do not press this button without assistance from Alpine Equipment Support. P. EXIT – Exits the user out of the UTILITY screen. 6) CREATE PICK LIST – Creates a pick list for the selected TRS File.
