52 ALS 4.0 P R O D U C T M A N U A L EN Trash Incline: There are four bearings on the trash incline—2 on the drive roller at the top of the incline (only one is shown in the picture on the right) and 2 more on the idler end at the bottom of the incline, just under the drive end of the trash/small parts conveyor (4 total). Figure 150 Trash/Small Parts Conveyor: Similar to the trash incline, there are four bearings on the trash/small parts conveyor—2 on the drive roller on the infeed side of the saw cabinet, and 2 more on the idler end on the outfeed side, as shown in the picture on the right taken from behind the machine (4 total). Figure 151 Z1 Bearings: There are 2 grease fittings on the bottom of the head (as shown in the picture on the right) and 2 more on the top (4 total). Figure 148 Outfeed Queue Conveyor: There are 3 shafts under the outfeed queue. Remove the guards around the two farthest from the saw cabinet and grease the bearings on each side of the shaft.
