Re-set the E-Stop button on the Operator Console by turning it counter-clockwise Step 14. Click Calibration on the Main Menu Toolbar Step 15. Click Head 2 Lt./Rt. on the Calibration Menu Step 16. Click Move To on the Axis Calibration Screen. The Command Value Screen will open. Step 17. Using the I/O Calibration Table (Appendix A) find the new calibration value. Step 18. Click the command value box and enter the new calibration value (as found in the I/O Calibration Table) using the keypad. Step 19. Click ENTER. Step 20. Click START MOVE on the Command Value Screen. Step 21. Click DONE on the Command Value Screen. Step 22. Click Calibrate on the Axis Calibration Screen. Head 2 Lt./Rt. is now calibrated. 4.4.2. Head 2 I/O Calibration Step 1. Turn the Key Switch to Setup Step 2. Select SEMI on the Main Menu. Step 3. On the Board Select Menu setup 90-90 cut as shown in Figure 41. Click SETUP on the Run Menu. Step 6. Wait for the saw to move into position and turn the Key Switch to RUN. Step 7. On the Run Menu, slow down the material conveyor speed to 5, Section 3.2.2 shows the location of the button required to slow the conveyor. Step 8. Click AutoStart and feed the board into the saw. Step 9. Once the board has passed Head 2, turn the Key Switch to SETUP to stop it in front of the Head 1 Blade (Figure 42). Head 1 Lumber Head 2 Material Conveyor Chain Figure 42
