12 AutoMill HP ™ P R O D U C T M A N U A L EN 3.2.2. Run Menu Clicking SETUP on the Job Select Menu (Figure 6) will advance the software to the Run Menu (Figure 9). Figure 9 1. Saw Motors – Yellow lights indicate which saw motors will turn on once SETUP is clicked or touched. 2. FLIP – Flips the piece across its horizontal axis. 3. ROTATE – Rotates the piece across its vertical axis. 4. CANCEL – Returns to the Job Select Screen (Figure 6). 5. PREV – Returns one piece in the job file. 6. NEXT – Advances one piece in the job file. 7. SETUP – Click or touch this button to automatically setup the piece on the saw. 8. Lumber Counter – Displays the number of pieces cut out of how many pieces exist in the job. 9. Prev/Next Piece – Displays the piece cut previously as well as the piece that will be cut next according to the TRS file. 10. REFUSE – Click or touch this button to turn ON/OFF the refuse system for cleaning the saw. NOTE The REFUSE button is only used for cleaning the saw. The refuse system will run during normal operation of the saw and turns on automatically. 11. Forward – Clicking this button engage the material conveyor in the forward direction. 12. UP – Clicking this button will increase the speed of the material conveyor. 13. DOWN – Clicking this button will decrease the speed of the material conveyor. 14. Reverse – Clicking and holding this button will engage the material conveyor in reverse. 15. Information Tabs: • Piece – Displays the piece information • Longest Pc • Qty • Stock Length • Lumber Size and Grade Figure 10 • Axis Info – Displays the current position of the axis as well as the commanded position to which the axis will move Figure 11 • Manual Move – Allows manual axis jogging Figure 12 ! CAUTION It is not recommended to use Manual Move outside of troubleshooting a calibration issue.
