Company Name – Click the white box to edit the company name. This information is added to the job log and will print via the label maker if attached. 2. Saw Name – Click the white box to edit the saw name. This information is added to the job log and will print via the label maker if attached. 3. External Program (1) – Default file location set by the INI file. Do not change this location unless instructed by Alpine Equipment Technical Support. 4. Redirection Path – Directs the AutoMIll HP software to the installation drive on the saw computer. 5. Job Path – The location which the software will look for TRS job files. 6. Saw Log – Troubleshooting use only. 7. AEPSaw.ini – Troubleshooting use only. ! WARNING Do not use Saw Log or AEPSaw.ini without first consulting with Alpine Equipment Technical Support. 3.5.2. Program Switch Figure 21 1. Sawyer Login – Turn ON/OFF the Sawyer Login Menu (Section 3.6). 2. Strip Layout Tag – Turn ON/OFF the layout tag on the piece description. 3. Save Cut Information – Enable/Disable cut completion marking in the TRS file. 4. 4x2 Option – Turn 4x2 90-90 floor truss chords upright to cut as 2x4 so they can be cut among 2x4 pieces utilizing the same hold-down height. 5. Job Name from File – Turn ON to print the information from the job file onto the label. 6. LongCuts – Turn this option ON when working with lumber over 8 ft. in length to make loading the material conveyor easier. 7. LongCuts Fix End Off – Contact Alpine Technical Support for information on this option. 8. Refuse System Auto On – Turn ON/OFF automatic operation of the AutoMill HP refuse system. 9. Debug Mode – Alpine Equipment Technical Support Use Only. 10. Burn-In – Alpine Equipment Technical Support Use Only. 11. Office Mode – Alpine Equipment Technical Support Use Only. 3.5.3. Job Logging Figure 22 1. AEP Data Logging (Cutting Info) – Turn ON/OFF to track the job related information. Pieces cut, setup time, board feet, and blade run time will be tracked. 2. File Type – Select Database or TextFile. Database must have a .mdb extension and a text file must have a .log extension. 3. Auto Reset – Turn ON/OFF automatic AEP Data Logging reset. Enter the automatic reset time in the box to the right of the checkbox (HR:MIN). When ON the AEP Data Log will clear every day at the input time, preventing the file from becoming too large and corrupting. 4. EShop Logging – Turn ON/OFF data logging through Alpine EShop software. EShop software is required for this logging option to be enabled.
