Reset breaker if tripped. If the breaker continues to trip, call a qualified electrician to identify the source of the problem. Overload Trip Using the included electrical schematic, locate the overload. Press the reset button on the overload. If the overload continues to trip, call a qualified electrician to identify the source of the problem. No Power to Relay Using the included electrical schematic, locate the control relay. When on, a red LED will illuminate on the relay. If the relay does not turn on, call a qualified electrician to identify the source of the problem. No Power to the Contactor Coil Call a qualified electrician to identify the source of the problem. 7.11 Machine stops during cutting operation Low Air Pressure – Primary air pressure should be between 80 - 90 psi Locate the primary air regulator on the output side of the saw. Adjust the regulator. Blade motor fault Determine which blade is not running. Follow troubleshooting steps for blade motor will not start (Section 7.10). MPI State Error This error will cause the the AutoMill HP Program to lockup and not respond. To resolve this error, call Alpine Equipment Customer Service. 7.12 Power on Light Will Not Come on E-Stop Condition HMI E-Stop Twist clockwise to release the E-Stop. Then press the "Power On" button. Rope Pull E-Stop The red light will be illuminated. Push the blue R Button to reset the E-Stop cable, then press the "Power On" Button. 7.13 Emergency Stop Rope Pull Light Will Not Turn Off E-Stop Condition Determine why the rope Pull E-Stop was tripped. Push the Blue R button to reset the E-Stop cable. Adjust the E-Stop Cable according to the manual. 7.14 E-Stop Troubleshooting Cannot recover from E-Stop Condition Check all E-Stop devices to determine if any are triggered. Return all E-Stop devices to operating condition. Twisting the HMI estop clockwise. Pressing the rope pull reset button. No E-Stop Condition Check that the three LED lights are illuminated on the safety relay module. If the LED's are not illuminated contact Alpine Equipment Customer Service for further assistance.
