Reverse- Clicking and holding this button will engage the material conveyor in reverse. 15. Information Tabs: • Piece – Displays the piece information (Figure 24) Figure 24 • Axis Info – Displays the current position of the axis as well as the commanded position to which the axis will move (Figure 25) Figure 25 • Manual Move – Allows manual axis jogging (Figure 26) Figure 26 NOTE It is not recommended to use Manual Move outside of troubleshooting a calibration issue. 4.2.1.2. Run Menu Clicking SETUP on the Job Select Menu (Figure 22) will advance the software to the Run Menu (Figure 23). 1. Saw Motors – BLUE indicates saw blade will be used, RED indicates saw blade will not being used to cut the setup piece. 2. FLIP – Flips the piece across its horizontal axis. 3. ROTATE – Rotates the piece across its vertical axis. 4. CANCEL – Returns to the Job Select Screen (Figure 22). 5. PREV – Returns one piece in the job file. 6. NEXT – Advances one piece in the job file. 7. SETUP – Click or touch this button to automatically setup the piece on the saw. 8. Lumber Counter – Displays the number of pieces cut out of how many pieces exist in the job. 9. Prev/Next Piece – Show the previous piece cut previously as well as the piece that will be cut next according to the TRS file. 10. REFUSE – Click or touch this button to turn ON/OFF the refuse system for cleaning the saw. NOTE Refuse system will run in Auto or Manual mode based on the ShakerOn value in the saw configuration file. The default value is to start the shaker when the toggle button is selected (REFUSE button #10 in Figure 23). If you want to start the refuse when the blade motors start contact technical support and they can change the settings. 11. Forward – Clicking this button will engage the material conveyor in the forward direction. 12. Speed Increase – Clicking this button will increase the speed of the material conveyor. Figure 23
