Check deflection in all 4 chains to ensure the chain is tight and backlash is limited. Tensioning the chain 4. Fixed End (remove covers) – Figure 46 5. Moveable end (does not have covers) – Figure 47 Figure 46 Figure 47 6. Loosen the two adjustment bolts in the tensioner 7. Rotate the chain tensioner to remove slack (circled in Figures 46 - 47) 8. Tighten the adjustment bolts 9. Check the slack in the chain (There should be no movement side to side in the conveyor) 10 Re-install the chain covers on fixed end 11. Check to ensure area is clear and restore power to the machine. 12. Move the material conveyors in and out with the controls to confirm movement is smooth and locations are calibrated. Figure 45 SEE THE SETPOINT: 1. Press and immediately release the SET key. The display will show the setpoint value. 2. Press and immediately release the SET key or wait for 15 seconds to display the enclosure temperature again. CHANGE THE SETPOINT: 1. Press the SET key for more than 2 seconds to change the setpoint value. 2. The value of the setpoint will be displayed and the "F" LED starts blinking. 3. To change the SET value, press the UP or DOWN arrow key within 15 seconds. 4. To store the new setpoint value, press the SET key again or wait 15 seconds. NOTE The set value is stored even when the procedure is excited by waiting for the time-out to expire. ! CAUTION Temperature MUST be set back to 95F for normal operation to prevent the AC from burning out. Running the AC with deferent temperature will avoid the warranty. 6.2. Proximity Sensor cleaning Clean proximity sensors daily with shop air or a cloth. If there is buildup on the sensor then cleaning with a light soap and water solution is best. 6.3. Chain Tensioner for the material conveyor in/out function: Checking chain tension 1. Move conveyors in & out using controls system. If the chain is loosed the conveyors will start and stop during a movement. 2. verify that all power to the machine has been turned off following approved lockout/tagout safety procedures.
