By clicking on the error code, the user can go directly to the System Diagnostic Screen (Figure 97) without the need to enter the error code manually to diagnose the problem. HW/SW versions (under System Overview tab) (Figure 101) : Provides quick information about each of the AutoSet Plus motion control components (Drives, controller), such as: • Device types • Serial numbers • Firmware revisions • Hardware version • Controller Type Figure 101 2. Secros Topology: The Sercos Topology provides a graphically based diagnostic. It shows the hardware connections and it identifies any broken connection. Figure 102 shows the connection from the master controller to the system's drives, as well as the connection between the drives and the motors.
