All other products in this catalog not manufactured by Alpine Construction Hardware are assumed to be covered under the product manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not apply to products not manufactured by Alpine Construction Hardware. Please contact Alpine Customer Service at (800) 521-9790 with any inquiries about a specific product manufacturer, or about any Alpine Construction Hardware product defect, replacement, repair or remedy. Alpine Construction Hardware provides a limited warranty that Alpine Construction Hardware products are generally free from defects in material or manufacturing. In addition, Alpine Construction Hardware products are warranted for their specified and intended use provided the information furnished by the Designer is accurate and complete, that there are no modifications or alterations to the product and that it is installed in accordance with the specifications, governing codes, standards, design criteria, guidelines, allowable load tables, design limits and instructions in this catalog. This warranty does not apply to uses that deviate from approved applications and/or approved installation specifications nor does it apply to defects due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Designer, deviations from governing codes, specifications, standards, design criteria, guidelines, allowable load tables, design limits and/ or instructions in this catalog, nor does it apply to non-catalog products, to products manufactured by any company other than Alpine Construction Hardware, to modified or altered products, to misuse, abuse or excessive wear/tear, or to corrosion/deterioration from environmental conditions. All warranty obligations of Alpine Construction Hardware shall be limited to either repair or replacement of the defective part or parts, up to 2 years from date of purchase, which method shall be determined by Alpine Construction Hardware in its sole discretion. This constitutes the buyer's sole remedy under this warranty. This warranty is expressly provided in lieu of all other expressed and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Other such warranties are expressly excluded and disclaimed. The terms of this warranty may change periodically – please consult our website at www.alpineitw.com for current provisions. TERMS OF USE & CONDITIONS OF SALE Alpine Construction Hardware products are designed and manufactured for the detailed and specific purposes shown in this catalog. Modifications or alterations to its products and/or changes to specified installations may only be made by the Designer per the exception noted in the General Notes, Item #2 above. Responsibility for any modifications and/or alterations to either the products and/ or their installations rests exclusively with the Designer, buyer and the installer, and Alpine Construction Hardware shall have no liability for the modifications, alterations or changes they make to either the product or the installations. Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Alpine Construction Hardware for any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, suits, judgments, causes of action, debts, demands and liens that arise out of or are related to the modification and/or alteration of the product and/or changes to the specified installations.
