Servo Drive Installation Process:
NOTE
Installation process is the same for each drive unless noted
otherwise
Install drives in order from 1 to 6; see drive reference table
(Fig. 12) for clarification
a. Disconnect 25 pin feedback cable from port C2
b. Disconnect 3-phase power connections from servo
drives (Fig. 2)
c. Disconnect resistor and ground wires (Fig. 3)
d. Disconnect black terminal clip from C3, leaving the
enable circuit wires in the terminal clip (Fig. 4)
e. Disconnect fiber optic cables (Fig. 4)
f. Disconnect 3 black wires from load side of LF2-LF7
g. Remove screws that hold servo drive in place
» 2 Phillips head screws on top, 1 Phillips head
screw on bottom
h. Install new drive in location

CAUTION
Use drive reference table (Fig. 12) to match replacement drive
with axis
