The Alpine ALS 4.0 takes linear cutting to the next level.
The ALS 4.0 is designed for production efficiency, only
requiring one sawyer for operation. The result is a reduction
in labor, a boost in production and an increase to your
bottom line.
The automated infeed system available on the Alpine ALS 4.0
continuously feeds lumber into the saw, virtually eliminating
downtime. While feeding into the cutting center, boards are
marked, ensuring that even small parts are labeled. The
reversing conveyor system on the ALS 4.0 separates waste
from small pieces, delivering them to the sawyer for sorting
with the job being cut.
The ALS 4.0 features a fully enclosed cutting center.
This increases operational safety of the saw by keeping
operators clear of dust and moving parts. E-stop buttons are
located on surfaces of the machine that will always be
within arm's reach of the sawyer for immediate shutdown.
