the industry's leading linear saw
The ALS 4.0 is equipped with a 20.5 Inch blade. This allows the saw to cut all
pieces, even for the most difficult trusses. Beveling models can cut bevels,
double bevels and ripped valley bottoms.
Dust extraction ports are standard on the ALS 4.0, making dust collection
effective and safe.
The ALS 4.0 features an intuitive operator workstation. The sawyer can utilize
automatic, semi-automatic or manual operation from the user interface.
These operational modes guarantee just-in-time cutting for your busy
production schedule.
Connecting the saw to the plant network allows TRS files to be sent directly
to the saw for cutting. Additionally, a removable USB device can be used to
download jobs to the ALS 4.0.
