SmartView Feature List • Key truss build information such as span, height, lumber sizes, and overhang. • Custom dimension capability to the table system. • Synchronize view of truss being built. • Detailed truss dimensions for assembly. • Zoom view for boards and plate placement. • Production timer for operator motivation. • Ability to daisy chain TVs for easy viewing. • Different Colors highlight key details, such as plate gauge, board width and part location. • Interactive display (not just a .pdf ) reduces builders' questions. 1.2. System Overview Each SmartView system consists of software running on the production table computer, and a second computer installed behind the TV, mounted above the table. A second SmartView system can be installed to allow display of two different truss set ups at the same time. To have multiple views of the truss along the table, the HDMI signal from one SmartView can be daisy chained to additional TVs using an HDMI splitter. The SmartView software automatically loads the correct truss from the automated table. Any changes made at the SmartView software main control screen will automatically be mirrored on the TV(s) as well. For example, zooming in on the truss will be visible on the computer screen as well as on the TV displays.
