The BC Type field is used to determine the type of bottom chord (BC)you want to specify at the room openinglocationof theAttic trusses beingappliedtothelayout. Usethetogglearrow locatedat the rightendofthefieldtoselectthedesiredBC Type(Figure-8). Figure-8 o Continuous Bottom Chord option. WhentheContinuousBottomChordoptionisselected,theimageatthetopofthedialogwindow (Figure-9)identifies theprofileof theAttic truss withafullBC. Thedashedhorizontallineabove the BC and between the Knee Walls represents the placement location of a Room Stacked BC whenselected. Note:WhentheContinuousBottomChordoptionisselected,theFloorTC SizeandFloorDepth fieldsaredeactivated(i.e.grayedout)sincetheyarenotapplicabletothisBCType.
