10 GOOD CONNECTIONS | Summer 2019 Dan Carlsen - Con't Dan can't say enough about the comradery that occurs every day. He enjoys the range of knowledge and experience that the people in the equipment group have and the sense of teamwork that brings everything together to spark innovaŸon. Dan is originally from New Jersey, but he enjoys living in Texas. His home is in the country where he has space to follow his passion of rebuilding and repairing old racing cars. Many Ÿmes, this includes making custom parts for the vehicles. Dan runs a vintage car club and drives his cars on tracks across the country. Alicia Swing Customer Service RepresentaŸve Alicia has been working at Alpine for 14 years. For the past two years, Alicia has been a customer service representaŸve for equipment. Prior to working with equipment, Alicia spent 12 years as an engineering support assistant for Alpine's connectors. Alicia gains joy and saŸsfacŸon helping people. Helping is what she enjoys most about her job. Customers call her with a quesŸon or a problem and she will figure out what needs to be done to keep them running. As she develops relaŸonships with Alpine's customers, she is also building trust. Alpine customers trust Alicia to fix their problems. Outside of work, Alicia conŸnues to help people. She volunteers whenever there is an opportunity. The organizaŸons around the metroplex she volunteers for include: United Way, Habitat for Humanity and the local food pantry. Alpine has some impressive employees that our customers trust their businesses to every day.
