Each axis calibration screen will have: Axis Name: Displays the axis selected Value: Displays the current calibration value for the selected axis. Status: • Red – Axis not homed/not ready for calibration (if the status bar is red click Home Axis) • Green – Axis properly homed/ready for calibration Calibration Point: Displays the calibration point for the selected axis. This number is used as a basis to bring the saw into calibration. Limits: Displays the Upper and Lower movement constraints for the selected axis. There are three main different directions for axis manual calibration and below are three examples: Example 1: Typical UP/DOWN AXIS (Figure 42) Figure 42 1. Reboot Drive – Re start drive. 2.
