Day 1 Summary – Management: January 10, 2017 from Noon – 5:30 PM Industry Update - Managing today's component plant requires keeping an eye on the road ahead. This afternoon's agenda focuses on the needs of owners and top managers Customers are presented with Alpine's view of the industry, trends, market, and 2017 building season. During the discussion you are encouraged to provide your insights. Software Direction – IntelliVIEW product managers will present a high level view of near future software development and recent changes in the product management process. Meet the Executives - Alpine General Manager Kevin Kraft and Marketing Director Kristin Ludwig will be on hand to discuss your business needs in a casual atmosphere. Lunch will be provided before the seminar. Day 2 Summary – Plant Production: January 11, 2017 from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Efficient component production is a key factor in being profitable. Day 2 sessions focus on plant production professionals and what you need to know. Alpine's production expert, Jack Van Cleave share his best practices tips and leads the discussion of what works and what doesn't. Equipment downtime kills productivity. Brian Zengel from Alpine's customer service team discusses the importance of preventative maintenance how Alpine is prepared to assist in this critical function. Tracking plant production in real time allows you to manage your shop efficiently. In our final session of the morning Eric Nord from Alpine's national applications team will demonstrate eShop and how it help you gain productivity. Lunch will be provided at the conclusion of the seminar.
