ALPINE INTRODUCES ALS 4.0 SMALL PARTS CONVEYOR
VERNON HILLS, Ill., June 13, 2016 – Alpine has introduced an innovative new small parts
conveyor for the ALS 4.0 Linear Saw that is designed to enhance customer productivity by
improving efficiency and material flow. It operates by delivering useful small parts one-by-one
from the saw exit to a convenient pickup location.
The conveyor not only reduces time and effort collecting small parts, but minimizes the potential
for accidents. It increases safety by eliminating the need for employees to retrieve small parts
near the saw while also preventing accidental bumping of the Estop button.
The ALS 4.0 Small Parts Conveyor is available for both left-hand and right-hand machine
configurations, depending on the ALS 4.0 small parts exit location. An accompanying installation
and maintenance manual is also provided.
