Call Technical Support for help 0031 The number of scanner heads does not match the settings in the system memory Check the number of scanner heads. Call Technical Support for help 0032 The system memory data is not correct or is corrupt Upload the configuration data to the system memory again. Call Technical Support for help. The system memory data cannot be retrieve Check the wiring and the surrounding EMC environment. Please call licensed electrician for service 0210 The connection cable is not correctly connected or the wires are damaged Check the cable connection. Please call licensed electrician for service The connected cable is being affected by an EMC environment Check the wiring and the surrounding EMC environment. Please call licensed electrician for service The power voltage is temporarily or continuously failing Replace the power source, increase the power capacity, or prepare a dedicated power source. Please call licensed electrician for service 0400 The window of scanner head #1 is dirty or damaged Clean the lens on scanner head #1 (see Section 5) Replace scanner head #1 0401 Ambient light is interfering with the scanner head #1 Ambient light must not be located within ±5° of the scanner detection plane. Remove the light source from scanner head #1 0402 There is a highly reflective background in the detection plane of scanner head #1 Remove the reflective surface in the path of scanner head #1 Reduce the reflectivity of the background surface in the path of scanner head #1 0410 The window of scanner head #1 is dirty or damaged.
