16 FloorMaster P R O D U C T M A N U A L EN 2.3.3. Outfeed Control NOTE The FloorMaster has two identical outfeed pendants. When the selector switch is in the group mode, any of the pendants can be used to operate the outfeed pocket. When the selector switch is in the Single mode, each pendant operates the half of the outfeed pocket where the pendant is located. ! WARNING All personnel must be clear of the table before pressing the reset button. The outfeed pendant controls the outfeed clamps and the flip-out arms. The outfeed pendant has one button, two switches and an emergency stop (Figure 19). Figure 19 – Outfeed Pendant Button/ Switch Name Usage 1 E-STOP Each pendant has an E-stop button. The optional light curtain will also trigger an E-stop condition when the beam is broken. 2 RESET Each pendant has a reset button. The reset button must be pressed anytime an E-stop condition exists. The reset button also must be pressed every time the scanner detects an object. 3 UP/DOWN This switch on the Outfeed pendant will control the Lift-out arms. UP direction will raise the arms. Down direction will lower the arms. 4 OPEN/CLOSE This switch on the Outfeed pendant will control the clamps on the Outfeed side. OPEN will open the clamps to the center of the table position. CLOSE will close the clamps against the truss being built.
