15 AutoSet C4 ™ P R O D U C T M A N U A L EN 3.7. Group Changing The AutoSet C4 software allows temporary changes to the groups which control the automated pucks. Changing how many pucks are in each group may be useful for very large or very small truss setups. ! CAUTION Do not raise the truss liftouts or move the gantry while changing the groups. Doing so will cause the software to freeze. On the Main Menu, click Change Table Setup to open the Group Changing Screen (Figure 23). Figure 23 Step 1. Using the + and – buttons set which rods compose each group. Step 2. To accept the changes, click OK. Step 3. To cancel and return to the Main Menu, click Cancel. ! WARNING Once finished the table must be homed and the job must be re-setup. Failing to do so will cause the liftouts to function incorrectly. NOTE Any time the AutoSet C4 program is restarted the group settings will return to the default values set at the time of the system installation. 3.6. Maintenance and Tools Screen On the Main Menu click on Tools to open the Maintenance and Tools Screen (Figure 22). CAUTION Any buttons in Figure 22 that are not labeled with numbers are designated for Alpine Technical Support Use Only. 1. Disable – Click to disable the selected axis. 2. Enable – Click to enable the selected axis. 3. Reboot Drive – Click to reboot the drive controlled by the selected axis. 4. Return – Click to move the selected axis to its baseline position. 5. Stop – Click to stop movement of the selected axis. 6. Prepare For Calibration – Click to Home the selected axis. 7. Set Calibration – Click to set the calibration point for the selected axis (Section __). 8. Home – Click to run the Homing routine for the selected axis. 9. Select All – Click to select all axes. 10. Select Even – Click to select all even numbered axes. 11. Select Odd – Click to select all odd numbered axes. 12. Close – Click to close the Maintenance and Tools Screen and return to the Main Menu.
