13 AutoSet C4 ™ P R O D U C T M A N U A L EN 3.4. Truss Setup Screen Once Select has been clicked on the Select Truss Screen, the software will advance to the Truss Setup Screen (Figure 17). Figure 17 The Truss Setup Screen displays the truss exactly how it will setup on the table. If the selected truss will not t on the table or requires a puck to move past its limit Figure 18 appears. The popup displays "Truss exceeds physical limitations of the table. Reposition truss and set up again." Figure 18 The axis that is unable to setup will display in red. Re-position the truss using the buttons in Figure 17. 1. Jog Truss Left 2. Jog Truss Right 3. Jog Truss Up 4. Jog Truss Down 5. Move Truss Exactly (Section 3.4.1) Shift the truss until all the axes are colored black, indicating they are able to setup. 3.2. Job Select Menu Click Open Job and the Job Select Menu appears (Figure 15). Figure 15 1. Selection Pane – Select a job from the list 2. Load Job – Click Load Job 3. Cancel – Click to return to the Main Menu 3.3. Select Truss Screen Once the job is loaded on the Job Select Menu the Select Truss Screen appears (Figure 16). Highlight a truss to setup on the table and click the Select button. A green check mark indicates that the truss has been completed. Figure 16 1. A green check indicates the truss had been marked complete. 2. Select – After highlighting a truss, click Select to advance to the Truss Setup Screen. 3. Cancel – Click to return to the Job Select Menu.
