39 ALS 4.0 P R O D U C T M A N U A L EN Step 15 – Release the L1 & L2 Clamps using the "L1 Clamp Up" and "L2 Clamp Up" buttons on the Manual Control Screen. Figure 102 Step 16 – Release the L1 & L2 Pushers using the "L1 Pusher Out" and "L2 Pusher Out" buttons on the Manual Control Screen. Figure 103 Step 17 – Remove the board from the saw and measure the distance from the back fence side of the lumber to the middle of the Centerline cut using a framing square. This dimension should be 1.75" (45mm). If so, it is calibrated – go to the next section. Direction of Feed 1.75" (45mm) Figure 104 Step 18 – If the Centerline is off, the hard stop on the back of the T plate will need to be adjusted. Step 19 – Turn off the blade motor and the conveyor. Once the saw stops, open the door to the saw cabinet, and then shut down the computer Step 20 – Disconnect the electricity and air supply. Step 21 – Lock and tag out the electrical and air supply in accordance with OSHA procedures (i.e. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147). Step 9 – Jog Z1 down using the "Jog Z1 Down" button the Manual Control Screen until it cuts about 3/8" into the board.
