Increase the value to add more space between bevels. The maximum value that can be entered is 0.166 which is equal to 2 in. Floor web length accuracy Measure the floor web cut, if it is: Too long Too short Enter a negative value in the "Check the Floor Web Length Adj." (1 in. = 0.08334). Enter a negative value in the "Check the Floor Web Length Adj." (1 in. = 0.08334). Bevel centerline Perform a full machine calibration. Then, cut multiple test boards of the piece causing centerline inaccuracy. Change "Adjustments with LEADING and TRAILING Data." Values as follows: Centerline too low Centerline too high Cutting multiple test boards will eliminate variability of lumber as a cause for this issue. Enter a positive number. (1 in. = 0.08334). Enter a negative number. (1 in. = 0.08334). Single bevel centerline Perform a full machine calibration. Then, cut multiple test boards of the piece causing centerline inaccuracy. Change "Singl Bev Back Face Len Adj." Values as follows: Centerline too low Centerline too high Cutting multiple test boards will eliminate variability of lumber as a cause for this issue. Enter a positive number. (1 in. = 0.08334). Enter a negative number. (1 in. = 0.08334). Rip valley cut length Measure the length of the rip cut, if it is: Too long Too short Enter a negative value in the "Rip Valley Length Adj." (1 in. = 0.08334). Enter a negative value in the "Rip Valley Length Adj." (1 in. = 0.08334). Rip valley offset Visually check the rip valley cut, if it is: Too shallow Too deep Enter a positive number to remove more material (1 in. = 0.08334). Enter a negative number to remove less material (1 in. = 0.08334).
