Figure 107 Step 17 – Remove the board from the saw and measure the distance from the back fence side of the lumber to the middle of the Centerline cut using a framing square. This dimension should be 1.75" (45mm). If so, it is calibrated – go to the next section. Step 21 – Lock and tag out the electrical and air supply in accordance with OSHA procedures (i.e. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147). Step 9 – Jog Z1 down using the "Jog Z1 Down" button the Manual Control Screen until it cuts about 3/8" into the board. Step 10 – Move Z1 back to "0.0" using the "Move Z1" button on the Manual Control Screen. Step 11 – Move A1 to 135° using the "Move A1" button on the Manual Control Screen. Step 12 – Jog Z1 down using the "Jog Z1 Down" button the Manual Control Screen until it cuts about 3/8" into the board. Step 13 – Move Z1 back to "0.0" using the "Move Z1" button on the Manual Control Screen. Step 14 – Stop the blade using the "Saw Motor Off " button on the Manual Control Screen.
