AXIS PARAMETER Z1 – This tab has speed, accel, decel, software limits and other mechanical settings for Z1 Axis. Figure 60 6. EXPORT CHANGES – pressing this button or icon will write the parameter changes to the controller. 7. SAVE CHANGES – Pressing this icon will save all changes made to the system settings ! CAUTION Do NOT change these parameters without specific instructions from an Alpine Equipment Customer Service. AlpineLE.xml is a file that contains motion control parameters; these should only be changed by Alpine Equipment Customer Service. ! WARNING Changes to settings in this file can damage the machine and will void the warranty. 3.12 XML Files AlpineLE.xml is a file that contains parameters that affect the operation of the ALS 4.0 XE. The settings can only be changed or modified by Alpine Equipment Customer Service. The access to these settings are locked shown only for educational purposes. Figure 56 The following describes the function of each button: 1. GENERAL – This tab has settings related to small part ejection . 2. SYSTEM – This tab has various system settings to control speed, offsets and time delays. Figure 57 3.
