CANADIAN FOCUS Customer Support To meet the growing demand of our current customers and prospects, Alpine Systems has recently added several new field sales and support team members. I wanted to take this moment to publicly introduce them. The addition of Paul, Rob, Jesse and Leonard builds a solid foundation to better support our existing customers and new growth. It is especially encouraging that ITW has made such a commitment to serving the Canadian market. The investment in new people at Alpine Systems has allowed us to offer our customers better support for connector plate, equipment, hardware and software products. It is exciting to be able to be in a position to grow our high performance team and increase our overall level of customer service. The future has never looked brighter. Jesse Van Duffelen Western Software Consultant jvduffelen@itwbcg.com Jesse started in the truss industry in 2006. He has experience in truss design, IT and production optimization for plants of all sizes. He joined Alpine in February 2013. Paul Pellerin Sales/Software Consultant ppellerin@itwbcg.com Paul Pellerin graduated from college in 1991 with a specialty in Structural Engineering. In May 2012, Paul joined the ITW BCG team. He presently has a software/sales role. Leonard Chiasson Sales/Software Consultant lchiasson@itwbcg.com Leonard started at Truswal in 1983 as a truss designer and IT manager.
